ANTON Jewellery is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client concierge team via email or visit an ANTON boutique to obtain a Return Authorization number and confirm your item's eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original ANTON presentation box, including all diamond certificates, warranty cards, and protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend ensuring the package is tracked for your security.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the piece for its original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
